You can get CSE in GFTI as per the JoSSA counselling cutoff last year. You cannot get any branch, like CSE, ECE in NIT at this rank.

NIT Jamshedpur began offering the B.Tech (Hons.) degree programme in the academic year 2010-2011. The specific regulations governing the B.Tech (Hons.) program, including its implementation and evaluation, became effective from that year. 

Yes, admission to NIT Jamshedpur MCA programme is based on NIMCET score jointly conducted by NITs and through centralised common counseling. NIMCET is conducted once in a year in computer-based mode. It is a two hour test comprising 120 questions. Candidates are alloted seats based on their NIMCET rank through counselling.
