As you have full one year so think to get a seat in IITs definitely you will get a seat in NITs dear. To secure an NITs you should set a target of 175 marks .all the best

If you are ST then you may get descent NIT but if you are from General category don't even think about it!

Better you apply for your home NIT's since getting any good NIT with core branches is very difficult with the given rank! Use your home state quota to best possible advantage!

If you have SC quota then NIT's are waiting for you sir! If you have given JEE advanced then you are asking for less! Go for IIT it's your ultimate path!
You can apply for descent NIT's though through your JEE Main rank!
