The Uttar Pradesh Combined Paramedical Entrance Test (UP CPET) is conducted once a year only. Applicants who want to appear and get qualify in the exam are advised to first fulfil the eligibility followed by filling up the application form. This year in 2025 exam is tentatively scheduled to be conducted in June as per previous year trends.

Candidates who want to participate in UP CPET exam must know that there are different age-wise as well as educational eligibility criteria. The minimum age limit for admission is 17 years on or before December 31, 2025.
While For B.Sc. Paramedical courses in SGPGIMS, Lucknow, the maximum age limit is 30 years as on December 31, 2025. For other Institutes, there is no Maximum age limit.

In order to enroll at AIIMS to study Radiology and Imaging Technology after the class 12 examinations, you need to have a Science background and proficiency in Biology, Physics and Chemistry in particular. Till October 2023 there are a number of colleges and Universities established in Telangana including few specialised paramedical course like imaging technology.
