With a rank of 9893 in JENPAS 2024, you may get admission into the BMLT course at KPC Medical College. In previous years, the closing ranks for BMLT have been 4188 and 5475. Your rank is above these cutoffs; however, there might be a chance in subsequent counseling rounds or if any vacancies arise. It is suggested to enter the counseling process and keep track of any updates of the cutoff ranks for the ongoing admission cycle.

Since, Optometry is not mentioned in the list of subjects for the UGC NET examination, the following points maybe of help to you. One can give the UGC NET examination in a related subject such as Life sciences (code 45) or Physical sciences (code 35). Still, you are going to have to study more and make sure your post-graduation degree will be in the field of the chosen subject. There are other competitive exams by National Testing Agency such as CSIR NET exam in which there is one subject that can be related to Optometry called Life Sciences. Approximately 16,000 students sit for CSIR NET each year, while just 2,500 – 3,000 students

To get admitted to the Bachelor of Optometry (BOPTM) program at CMC Vellore, you have to complete your 10+2 education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics, scoring a minimum aggregate of 50%. Admission is usually merit-based, and you can apply for it through the official website when the admission period is on. Hello Fatima Hiba, according to some unofficial sources like students reviews, the total tuition fees of Part time B. Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology at the Moulana College of Paramedical Sciences is about Rs. 30 thousand to Rs. 50 thousand.

Yes, Oxford Medical College Hospital and Research Center in Bangalore offers a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) course. The course is three years long and admission is based on a minimum of 35% in 12th.
The general fee for a BMLT course is between 40,000 and 70,000 rupees per year.

This was done for the Bachelor in Perfusion Technology course at AFMC Pune.
This is a 3-year full-time course, and this course encompasses five students at a time. Eligibility requirement is to complete 12th grade with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The admission criteria are purely on academic eligibility, and this course comes under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences only. It has a normal fee structure around 80,000.

Yes Navya, you can do Intermediate Vocational MLT after completing your 12th BiPC and B.Sc Applied Science. Anyone can pursue Intermediate Vocational MLT even after completing 12th and graduation degree from any discipline.
