However, the eligibility to secure admission to the PG Diploma in Clinical Research or Advanced Diploma in Clinical Research is graduation in Medical Science Courses such as MBBS, BDS, etc. or graduation in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology etc.

No, you cannot open a diagnostic lab after B.Pharm and M.Sc MLT without a B.Sc MLT degree. To open a diagnostic lab in India, you must be a qualified medical laboratory technologist (MLT).
