No, there is no age limit for pursuing a PhD in Home Science. However, there are certain eligibility criteria that you must meet to be admitted to a PhD program:
- You must have completed or be in the final year of your master's degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised university or board.
- You must pass an entrance exam conducted by the college or university you are applying to, such as NET or GATE.

First of all, both the universities will ask for a migration certificate at the time of Ph.D. /LLB degree award and that time you can present only one. Secondly, Ph.D. is a research work which requires complete academic devotion and simultaneous pursuance of LL.B. May hamper that concentration. Lastly, being a Ph.D. aspirant, if you can not find out UGC rules from their website then consider that you are not capable of research or Law work.
