IIM Udaipur offers a regular Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme in a full-time mode. The duration of the programme is five years. No, Work experience is not always mandatory or required for PhD in Psychology courses, also it depends on the type of course you are going to pursue, and also on the institutions, but it can be beneficial, especially for specializations like organizational or clinical psychology.
