Hello Dhananjay,
You should refrain from opting it. You should choose your stream wisely after 10th. Many students come under pressure from parents and friends and end up choosing a stream which doesn't suit them. If commerce and it's subjects suit your interest, you should choose it. It offers a wide range of options to you in future. If biology has your interest, you can opt for medical too.

It will take you a maximum time of 3 years although most of the people complete the course in two years or 1 and a half years. So it depends on you and your performance.

As per the eligibility criteria of ANUCDE for M.Sc. Physics, A pass in B.Sc. With Physics as one of the subjects of study. So B.Tech ECE students are not eligible for this programme.
