The first and foremost thing you should do before starting your class 11 is to revise everything you studied in Science and Maths from class 6 to class 10. don't leave any part untouched and build up your concepts on the topics thoroughly. You can not apply for M.Sc. In Physics after completing B.Sc. In Chemistry. You can apply for following courses after completing B.Sc. In Chemistry :-
1 M.Sc. In Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry / Inorganic Chemistry / Physical Chemistry etc.
2) MBA in HR / Financial Management etc.
3) M.Sc. In Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics
4) M.Sc. In Food Science and Nutrition
5) M.Sc. In Clinical Research
6) MBA in Pharmaceutical Management
7) B.Ed.

Hello Dhananjay,
You should refrain from opting it. You should choose your stream wisely after 10th. Many students come under pressure from parents and friends and end up choosing a stream which doesn't suit them. If commerce and it's subjects suit your interest, you should choose it. It offers a wide range of options to you in future. If biology has your interest, you can opt for medical too.
