Yes, by the entrance examinations held by any university, but you have to score above 50% or 60% according to the requirement of the college.

You have wow marks.You are definitely eligible for it as for applying in St Xavier's College, Kolkata you must have 60% in physics and 60% in mathematics.
About the merit listing par, I think you should be cracking it.
