Vinay, there is little scope. You can try for M.Sc (nutrition and dietetics), M.Sc (Forensic Science), M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Chemistry). These are few courses which will relate you to medical field.

If you get into the likes of IIT you should do it here, similarly pursue your course abroad if it is one of the top ranked. Obviously studying your master's abroad is better but only from a reputed university as you will be exposed to many opportunities and also research activities in Physics have wider scope.
