you may pursue M.SC in physics or B.Ed as per your interest. Even pgdm or mba is possible if you want to go for management career. Since M.Sc at most universities has entrance, prepare and get admission.

You need to score well in all esp. physics and maths and in IIT JEE to get CSE. It dsnt matter if u had CS in 12th or not though it gives the basics.
