Let me tell you that after BA, MA would be like an icing on the cake but you have other options like you can go for MBA, LLB and can also go for civil services like UPSC as you have mentioned that your elders asked you to pursue mass communication. Let me tell you that here comes the point of getting confused as students get confused. A student should either listen to what his/her elders say or do what they want. It is all about networking now. Browse university websites for their research activities, you have to check which university has research activities in your field. You have to write to the research supervisors of particular universities and share your research proposal with them, they will get back to you if they like what you wrote. Follow up rigorously. You need to check funding opportunities, international programmes, etc. Consider checking Schiller International University (SIU)- Heidelberg and School of International Studies of the Dresden University of Technology.

Candidate must have some eligibility criteria to write MA political science exam and they are:
Candidate must complete degree from any recognized university.
Minimum age should be 21 years.
Should not have any backlogs.
