Please write to them. Admission decision takes time, some universities takes 2-3 months or it can come out in few weeks too.

There is no mention of any domicile requirement for appearing in this exam. But then all examination centers are in Karnataka. It's also a fact that thousands of seats in private engineering colleges are remaining vacant & this is one way of filling these & hence condition of domicile may not be existing.
