Yes, you are eligible for many government exams if you have done Diploma. I would suggest you apply to ISRO and DRDO.

You can pursue ITI in any field i.e. mechanic, fitter, welder, etc. But I think you should opt for the Diploma programme because you have already completed your 12th and also, you are eligible for lateral entry programs.
