There are also specialised short-term courses for certain trades, offered in Advanced Training Institutes (ATI's), which enhances the skills of candidates. Most industries/ companies accept ITI graduates only as apprentices and they train them for a period of 6 months to 1-2 years, depending on the company. They may be considered suitable for employment only after the training period. Based on the trade opted, ITI qualified candidates can apply for jobs in Public and private sectors. As per your branch need, you are supposed to have a laptop after all you are going to code something.
If I borrow a laptop in your college for your projects, then it will fine.
But make sure, you are going to be a software engineer.
Practice matters most.

Dear Charles, there is no age for learning. So, its okay if you have 3 years gap. Submit gap certificate and take admission. You can appear for LEET exam or go for university specific exams or even go for direct admission subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Universities like LPU, DIT, Mangalyatan, Chitkara, etc. Are offering B.Tech Lateral entry. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Some even offer scholarships to meritorious students. Good luck.

First off all you should get at least above 90% aggregate of level subjects. Also, do some research on good colleges for your branch, see the last year cutoffs, placements and overall ratings. Even these all things will matter but the very first thing is your marks so work hard and get good marks. All the best.

Hello Umesh, One has to upload marksheet of the last semester only. The system will surely give enough time after declaration of results for this purpose. So my advice is just do not worry.
