It's Indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing graduation in engineering after completion of your Diploma in civil branch in DTU. I am afraid your desired branch that is computer science is not available for students seeking lateral admission. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about lateral admissions in Delhi Technological University and its various courses that it offers and also about the entrance test that Diploma holders have to give.

Tamil Nadu is one state where there are huge amount of seats in different engineering colleges which are not getting filled up following normal procedures. Hence I feel you have a bright chance of getting admission in your desired Institute via lateral mode, after you complete your diploma in Engineering from Maharashtra. Just have a look at the information brochure available on the website of the Anna University for knowing different aspects of this admission process and also a link through which you can actually apply for lateral mode admission.
