Yes you can give polytechnic entrance exam and you can take admission in polytechnic on the basis of 10th class also. Some of the good polytechnic colleges are Lovely Professional University, CGC, Govt Polytechnic College etc.

A Polytechnic student unless completes engineering graduation degree will not be eligible for MS abroad. For MBA abroad you must have 16 years of education.

Yes you can definitely pursue engineering abroad after polytechnic. In US engineering degree is called a BS degree. There are various options to pursue BS abroad.
