Dear,
If you mean MPC as +2 board with physics, Chemistry and Mathematics combination, I will say, that it is a better option. After +2 with PCM, appear in JEE mains or state joint and go for B.Tech in your preferred field.

Hello Narayan,
Normally speaking, change of branch is allowed till last round of counselling. You can change your branch and college also during this period. But, after the end of counselling it's not possible.

Hello Narayan,
Change of stream is normally allowed till counselling is continuing. You may change your branch to another one in subsequent rounds if seats in desired branch are available. Afterwards it's not possible.

BCA is degree course and it is a better and higher qualification in comparison with Diploma in Computer Science from a Polytechnic.
It will provide you better job opportunities and also it will help you with work visa when you get international assignments.
