You need to apply online. Once the form has been downloaded, you need to pay the fee online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking or by cash through Challan at any ICICI Bank Branch.
You need to have secured a minimum of 45% at the graduate level are eligible for admission to PG courses offered by the university.

Graduation in any discipline, completed from a recognised institute. A minimum aggregate score of 50% at the level of graduation. Permanent registration with the State Dental Council. Occasionally, relevant work experience in health/development sector. Regards.
