Basically All these are the sub branches of mechanical engineering, in india robotics having the less scope, and mechanical branch is suffered from the recetion so it will be better for you to either go with aeronautical or marine

Robotics is best in Germany, USA or Japan. You may choose for master's or integrated p.hd but might need some work experience before that. Another option is an excellent research proposal.

Hi Harshal,
Robotics is a field of engineering that deals with design and application of robots and the use of computer for their manipulation and processing. It requires the application of computer integrated manufacturing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, biological mechanics, software engineering and the like. In India there is no robotics in under graduate level, you have to go for M.tech. Only Mechanical, Electrical, Computer and Electronics engineers are eligible to pursue M.tech in Robotics.
