Yes, you can get a seat in NIT or Sathyabama Institute with this percentile. Fees structure is given by colleges as fee structure is different for different colleges.

The minimum percentage to get admission in any college is 65% .As your score is not good enough to get admission in any college.I suggest you to clear that and get admission in any collefe.

No, Sathyabama University is not a government college and it's an private deemed University.
And, it's the 3rd most top University in Tamil Nadu .

As per the NASCOMM guidelines, the campus recruitment programme commences after the end of Pre-Final semester examination. Training and opportunities are provided based on the interest and choice of the students. Once a candidate chooses between applying for IT companies or other Core companies, the right kind of exposure and training will be decided by the Placement Cell.

No, you cannot get admission in Sathyabama just with your class 12th and class 10th mark. You will have to write the Satyabhama entrance exam to get admission here at Satyabhama University .

Sathyabama Institute and Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science. It's quite tough to compare such two big and well known Institutions for the courses which they conduct. This is so since many a times the basis on which we compare are dynamic in nature and have a propensity for change like the faculty, the placements, etc. However to help you I am attaching a link that has comparison between these two institutes.
