What is SAEEE?
The Sathyabama All India Engineering Entrance Examination or SAEEE will be conducted by the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. Candidates will get admission based on SAEEE scores. The exam will be a gateway for admissions to various B.E., / B.Tech., / B.Arch. / B.Des., programmes offered by the University. SAEEE Registration and Eligibility
Candidates can access the SAEEE 2026 application form online for every Phase on the official website. No other mode of application is accepted by the authorities. The dates for SAEEE 2026 registration are available on the official website. While filling out the SAEEE application form 2026, the candidates will have to fill out their personal, academic and contact details. All of the filled-in details have to be valid. The SAEEE 2026 application form has to be paid online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline (challan submitted at any one of the Indian Bank branches). After the final date, the authorities will not accept any applications.

BE / BTech Programmes (OTHER THAN BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL)
- A pass the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.
- A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above (in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry).'
- Candidates opting for these programs should appear for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.
BTech - BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL PROGRAMMES
- A pass the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA
- A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Biology / Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above(in Biology / Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry).
- Candidates opting for these programs should appear for Mathematics or Biology, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.
BArch PROGRAMME
- A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a minimum average of 60% marks (in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) and a valid NATA score (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with an average of 80 marks out of 200.
- A pass the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or “6.0” CGPA.
- Candidates opting for this program should appear for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.

SAEEE Test Pattern
Sathyabama Entrance Exam Syllabus
The authorities will release the official SAEEE 2026 syllabus. The details regarding the subjects, units and topics that have to be studied for the entrance exam can be checked through the SAEEE syllabus 2026. By knowing the syllabus beforehand, the candidates will be able to understand which questions and important topics may be present in the question paper. Syllabus consists of topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Slot Booking for SAEEE entrance exam
All candidates will have to complete SAEEE 2026 slot booking process. The authorities will open slot booking facility online, and it will be done on a first-come-first-served basis. Candidates are advised to complete slot booking as soon as possible. The allotment of slots will be done according to candidate's preferences and seat availability. Therefore, candidates are advised to complete slot booking as early as possible to have a higher chance of choosing a preferred slot.
Sathyabama University Entrance Exam Admit Card
After booking the slot, SAEEE 2026 admit card can be downloaded by the candidates. SAEEE admit card 2026, can be downloaded by entering the login credentials. SAEEE admit card will have the information about exam date, timings, centre address, guidelines and more. While reporting to the exam centre, the candidates will have to present their SAEEE admit card along with identity proof. SAEEE 2026 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Before SAEEE registrations, candidates must check official eligibility criteria. The list of criteria that candidates will have to meet for admissions through SAEEEE are as follows.
All candidates must be born on or after January 1, 2006. Must have passed qualifying exam with first class/grade either in March/April 2026, or must have appeared for the same in March/April 2026. Candidates must have passed Class 12 qualifying (or equivalent) examination with Mathematics, Physics and any one of subjects (Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship) with minimum of 45% aggregate in three subjects (40% in case of students belongs to reserved category). Candidates must have also passed Class 10 or equivalent examination in March/April or after with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.
The authorities will conduct the SAEEE 2026 Phase I in April 2026 tentatively. The SAEEE 2026 Phase II will be conducted in May 2026. The authorities will conduct SAEEE 2026 as an online test. All candidates need to qualify SAEEE for admissions into the BTech/BE courses offered by the institute.
