Indian students applying to Red River College of Applied Arts, Science & Technology in Canada will need to follow a specific process. While a Canadian visa is not required to apply to the college, once accepted into a program, students will need to obtain a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to apply for a study permit. The general admission requirements include a Canadian grade 12 education and language proficiency. Therefore, it is recommended to directly contact the college's international student support services for detailed information on the documents required for the visa process.

You seem to have a good profile except that your BE CGPA could have been slightly better for increased admission chances. But considering that you have work experience and got two papers chances are good. Entry requirements for every university is different. Check for minimum IELTS score requirements, pre-requisite courses, academic grade requirement, LOR and SOP requirement, deadlines etc. Ryerson University has a good MS programme in Data Science and Analytics.
