Hi, Central Tool room and Testing Center (CTTC) would be my first choice.
This is a government organisation under the Ministry of MSME (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises), with world class facilities. The learning process is interactive and you will actually make/produce things which you design.
The placement record is very good too.
Further, I would recommend National Employment Enhancement Mission. 100% placement assistance, practical approach, and conceptual learning help students in getting employment in various industries.

Hello,
Any addition along with B.Arch degree would make you stand apart from the rest. Maybe a technical qualification such as LEED or GRIHA, would make you much stronger in the field of sustainability. B.Arch degree is a five-year course and is well valued. Additional qualifications such as a:
Certified Autodesk Architecture Specialist
Certified Autodesk Revit Architecture Specialist
Certified Autodesk 3DS MAX specialist
Certified Google Sketch Up Specialist
Certified Photoshop Specialist
Certified Photography Specialist would make you stand apart.
Good luck!
