Right now Singapore does not give you settled own option even if you get a job. Look for options in Canada, NewZealand or Australia

BCom will restrict you job opportunities to Finance & Accounting only but BBA from a reputed college will give you more opportunities in different industries in different management functions.

I think Finance would be a good choice not only for Singapore but also in other areas. Banking can be the next best option Sagar.

Many business schools offer various courses in Singapore. You can apply directly and get admissions. No need of IELTS to apply. You also should no students are not allowed to do part time job in Singapore.
For NUS. and Govt university you need around 90% marks and have to apply well in advance.

you can do masters in Pharmacist or clinical pharmacy in Abroad which will make you employable in Singapore

Lots of Manipal engineering graduates go to Germany for MS. Germany has excellent infrastructure for higher engineering education. Also it is not very expensive. You are advised to evaluate MS in Germany to meet your educational goals.
