Thailand is going to be quite affordable, but honestly, it won't be that competitive and I am not sure if there are any popular colleges or universities for commerce. Instead, they have degrees from popular universities from other countries which I am again no sure if it will help you in your career. If you are investing abroad, go to a well-known institute.
