The cutoff for general category students is generally tipped to be between 80-89. It is ideal to score above this mark or rank under 15,000 to be on the safer side and increase possibilities of admission to a top institute of the country. As far as cutoffs of NITs are concerned, if you want admission in top 10 NITs, then your rank should be less than 20k I. e. 175 normalisation marks I. e. 175 marks in JEE Main and 93% in CBSE boards. Candidates who scored 99 percentile in 2019 got ranks around 8,740. Yes, you can get a seat in Kumaraguru business school. Cutoff of TANCET for SC category is above 40. Good luck.

If you have enough marks with a range above 980 out of 1000 . You can apply for stream2 and you can get your seat in Sastra B.Tech in ECE.
