Hello,
Your CAT score is negative as well as not accepted anywhere in India even a normal management institute won't give admission on this score please try for other MBA entrance exams like CMAT MAT ATMA or else join a good MBA entrance class and try next year. I hope you will take some good decision, I wish you the best of luck for your future.

Yes, you have to appear in the MAH CET exam for getting a seat in a reputed government. College. The one year gap is not a big issue, however, you may be asked to submit the declaration at the time of admission explaining the reasons of a year gap. So, you can write there the reason for the preparation of a competitive exam.

Hello,
Since last year marks in JEE Mains have lost their relevance. The criteria now is "percentile". Hence, 120 or 130 is immaterial. You should aim for better than 90 percentile. Best wishes to you.

Hi
For general category students, the cut off for B.Com can go as high as 98-99%, and if you are christian then there might be some relaxation. But you will have to check the website for exact previous years. Cutoffs. Also, general category students do not have any free seats.
