Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2019 qualifying percentage of marks is 25% of the maximum marks that are considered for ranking. It's one of the best colleges in Visakhapatnam, i.e. to get a seat over there for females you need have below 7k and for males, it's below 6k. I'm speaking with respect to computer science. For other branches it could be a bit higher than what I mentioned. In the case of GAYATRI, the female ranking is 20k.

Yes, you can get into CBIT through JEE Mains rank.
For CSE JEE Mains AIR should be around 25000 and they may also consider TS EAMCET rank too.
For MECH AIR is 40000.
For IT AIR is 60000.

Your chances of getting admission in NIT with 70% in Mains are really less as the cutoff goes very high every year, but you can still wait and hope for the admission.
