For getting admission you will have to take an entrance exam and there is no direct way of admission

yes your rank is very good and you will get admission into the government college in the subsequent rounds of counseling. meanwhile other good colleges would be allotted to you.

You have good percentage in 12th but 66.9 is not and it can drag you down. You have to check the last year cut off for colleges, you will get admission but a good rank college can become difficult.
