I get 14782 rank in nchm and I allotted seat in IIHM Bhubaneswar in1st round but I didn't give 12th February exam I give supply exam.

Yes, you can take admission, but you have to clear you supply (compartment) before the month of August otherwise your name is cut.

Actually, it depends. Best thing you can do is go for counselling. Often students who don't get seats in the first rounds get their desired seat in the last rounds.
