You won't get seat in JNTUH with 28000 rank as it is very high and it doesn't meet the eligibility criteria. So try for another college. All the best.

It is quite difficult to get seat in your desired college as your rank seems to be low, and because of competition you may unable to get admission. All the best.

The maximum rank should have 18K in JEE Advanced. The cutoff rank is increasing every year and you must have less than 15000 rank to confirm your seat in first round itself.
