Yes, you can do engineering after completing B.Sc. You have to take the entrance exams conducted for admission in engineering colleges. The questions are based on class 12th syllabus.
Some universities provide relaxation of one year after B.Sc, so you can get admission in the 2nd year of B.Tech after completing B.Sc, but I think you can opt for MBA courses instead of doing engineering in CSE again, but it is your wish and it is possible too.

You should choose physics, chemistry, maths with information technology and English. Join any good coaching centre near your home and work very hard for JEE Mains. Finally, take admission in a good engineering college with branches related to CSE.
