It depends on the campus you are getting, if you get VIT Vellore then no doubt you go there, but if you are getting VIT Chennai I'll suggest you to go to SRM (main campus) because the campus life is too low and strictness is too damn high for you to enjoy. But yes, when it comes to placement and international recognition both VIT are equal and better than SRM.

As a student of TSM, I would recommend you to adopt Thiagarajar School OF Management, as fees is lower. You will be learning Mba course in Madurai, a place where you can save most of your pocket money. Placement is comparatively lower than SRM, but if you have a never-give-up spirit, you will extract value from wherever you work.
In terms of cost of studying do in TSM, if you are looking for more expertise and better packages do in SRM.

Hi Akashdeep, The overall fees for B.E course at BITS Pilani including hostel is about 16.5-17 Lacs. VIT and SRM are having fees about 12 Lacs for all four years overall.
All the best.

I do not know about the other two, but for SRM it is good, though not equivalent to CSE.

VJTI and VITEEE are the best among all the colleges you have mentioned for mechanical engineering but according to their fee structure, VJTI is good because it's fee is less than VITEEE.

SRM University, Amravati is the newly established college by SRM so there is no data of the result of any students but if you want to know about campus then campus is really nice and well-established campus to meet all the needs of the students.
