No, there is no placement after B.Com. You can do B.Com from any college but after that you should go for MBA or any other course. If you go for MBA then you should do it through regular mode and from a reputed college.

NCR campus is an extended campus of SRM University and degree may be offered by SRM University.

Both are good. But SRM, Chennai has a plus point in terms of placement and infrastructure. And, it is also a reputed private college in India.
