Dear Tanay,
Both the colleges are good but I would suggest you to choose SRM University. The placement is very high, especially for computer science engineering and IT. Campus is good too.

You can mostly get civil or chemical engineering. If you wish to go to a better branch then you would have to pay extra fees as your score is not that good enough for mechanical or CSE.

If you are considering only private colleges then SRM is best for CSE after VIT otherwise IIT, Bombay obviously.

SRM, Chennai is better amongst all SRM campuses. SRM, Ghaziabad is good but SRM, Chennai is far better in all the SRM campuses.
