There is no age limit for students belong to SC/ST & SCA. Course is of Minimum-3 years & Maximum-6 years
Qualification: Students must have cleared Intermediate standard (12th) with 60% marks in any of these subjects:
Selection Process:
Students will we selected through the counseling process. The counseling is done every year in the month of July. The counseling will be conducted on the basis of rank list and its commencement will be done in three phases on various dates.

It's possible to opt for genetics engineering course without having maths in class 12th. You should have Physics, Chemistry, And Biology with decent marks to get enrolled for UG course in genetic engineering.
The Maths Involved here would be Statistics and basic calculus. If you were to take an engineering for UG, then you have to must know the basic maths upto 10th and 12th level.
So, no need to worry about the strong background of maths, just know the basic things, That is it.

Placement, infrastructure, faculty, education/teaching pattern, environment everything is considered to be best. In SRM the placement status is unbelievable, almost 99% of its students get placed in big and recognised firms. The highest package was 24 Lacs per annum, minimum it was 6-7 Lacs. If we talk about placements then it has a good record on placements too. For a healthy package, you have to enhance your skills first. Your package is in your hand as a lot of good companies approach SRM. You can get a salary of 30 LPA or more as the highest salary, but it really needs a lot of skills. Thank you.

Hello Aagam VIT as the first preference. It is one of the most reputed private colleges after BITS-Pilani. It is the best option in every context whether it is the environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. SRM is also a good college but if we compare it with VIT then VIT is better.
