Wise, Revolut, and Remitly work well in Germany for receiving money. The recipient in Germany can get the money in their euro bank account using these apps.

You can send money to Germany using an app like Wise, Revolut, or BookMyForex. Just type the amount in INR, add the bank details of the person, upload your documents, and pay with your bank or card. The money will go to their bank in euros.

Wise is one of the best apps for sending money from India to Germany. It is cheap, fast, and shows you all the fees up front. Revolut and BookMyForex are also good options.

Yes, UCL offers around 10 undergraduate scholarships that covers the full tuition fees, maintenance as well as fixed allowance for additional costs.
An additional 23 scholarships cover only the full tuition fees.
To be eligible students don't need an admission letter, but must have a confirmed fee status from UCL admissions team.

Yes, the inventor of the telephone pursued a course in Anatomy & Physiology.
However, his time at the institute was brief.
He left his education mid-way to move with his family to Canada in 1870.
Graham Bell emphasized elocution, i.e. the ability to speak clearly & expressively & this came in very useful during his later research in the field of speech therapy & audiology.

Yes, Mahatma Gandhi is among the famous members of the Indian alumni to have studied at University College London.
Gandhi pursued a degree in Law in 1888-89 at UCL.
Additionally, Rabindranath Tagore, Bengali writer, known for writing the Indian National Anthem, & also the recipient of a Nobel Prize had also pursued his studies from the institute.

Yes, the majority of the first-year students are known to live as part of the university maintained residential halls.
The institute maintains separate on-campus accommodation facilities for its UG & PG students, as well as those who choose to live as part of families.
The rooms are available in both private & shared forms with UCL taking care of the accommodation facilities in the halls operated by itself.
Some halls are also available to students willing to take up self-catering, these include: Astor College, John Dodgson House & Ian Baker House among others.

Yes, UCL students are known to have a “vibrant” social life, with the institute's policy of keeping Wednesday afternoons free of teaching giving students enough time to participate in a number of recreational activities on- & off-campus.
Students can either unwind with friends as part of a UCL Café, enjoy theatre, live music performances, & stand-up comedy as part of the Bloomsbury Theatre or go DJ-ing with the institute's own student radio station: Rare FM.
