As per Shiksha's the latest rankings of top colleges & universities in London, the Imperial College stands at the top of the mountain, with a London & England wide rank #1.
The institute also finishes just outside the top 5 universities globally, securing a rank #6 as part of Shiksha Popularity Rankings.

Yes a degree from University College London is considered valid in India, with UCL holding accreditations from many notable accrediting agencies such as: American Library Association Committee on Accreditation with its current status being: Initial Accreditation.
The institute's next accreditation review is in Spring 2031.

Rabindranath Tagore, did briefly enroll for studying Law at the University College London, in 1879, but dropped out to explore independent study, including Shakespeare's plays. He returned to India without a degree in the year 1880.
Tagore was known for his masterful pieces of writing, having also wrote the national anthems for India & Bangladesh.

With an acceptance rate of only 12.8%, Boston University can be considered quite selective as out of every 100 applications, only 12 to 13 students are rolled out an offer letter. International students are required to meet ceratin admission requirements.
