It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in studying in a foreign country. Yes, you can definitely give it a try. Just remember that admissions abroad are not based exclusively on academic performance but depend on many other parameters. In view of this, I would strongly recommend that you should approach an agency that is dealing with sending students abroad for graduation. Best wishes to you.
