You can apply for Global Business Management or International Business Management graduate certificate programs in Canada. Also if you want to specialize in marketing, finance or HR, these courses are also available. But Global business management programme is of 2 years mostly where you are eligible to get 2 to 3 years of PSWV. Rest are of 1 years where you get only 1 year PSWV. PSWV - Post Study Work Visa.

Memorial University of New Foundland would be a safe university to apply for MBA programme. It really has very good elective options. MBA is really a professional course. There would be really high chances of getting job in Canada after pursuing MBA. Even though it falls under safe category it can be competitive. I would suggest you to apply at the earliest, build up a strong SOP and LOR, Make sure your GMAT scores are 550 up and IELTS 7 bands. Usually, all Masters programme related to management requires GMAT and 2 to 3 years of experience in Canada.

Pursuing Masters has different requirements in different countries. Also it depends on the course you are opting for. English language proficiency is must if either IELTS or TOEFL and GRE is mandatory in country like USA. The academic requirements also differ from country to country. Canada and Germany has high academic requirements as compared to the other countries.

Germany has high requirement for academic. The minimum score is 65-70 percent, so with this CGPA it would be tough for you to get into the Germany University.

You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.
