Hi,
It is a popular public college in Canada and if you want to study at Fanshawe, you can apply via student partner program or SPP. Fanshawe is one of the colleges under SPP. SPP is a joint project by the citizenship and immigration Canada visa offices in India and the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC). Visas are evaluated on priority if you apply under SPP and also strictly. You have to meet the application requirements, please check this:

Hi Saurabh,
You should first check the college website for programs they offer, I don't think they offer MBA, they offer a Diploma program in business. Please check the website and for any college specific query, please email them.

Hi Ashwin,
Where are you planning to study? You must first check the requirements. Maybe the country or university don't even require GRE scores.

Hi Ashok Kumar,
If he is keen to study B.Sc most colleges won't ask for any entrance but since he has such good grades and also he has taken SAT, he should look for universities in USA, Canada, etc. Not only he has a chance to get into a good university but also opportunities in this field are better. Otherwise, all his efforts which he has made for his SAT, IELTS, etc., will go in vain and there is no point for him to take the stress and taking all these study abroad exams if you are or were ultimately planning to make him study in India only. I hope you keep a note of the hard work he is putting into. As far as cost-effectiveness is

If you have studied for Motor Mechanic course, why you want to study in foreign countries? It requires lots of money to study for Diploma, etc.
However, you can immigrate to any of the countries as indicated by you and find a job. To immigrate, it costs lots of money and if you fail to get a job then you will be in trouble. To immigrate, your Motor Mechanic course has to be recognised equivalent to that of the foreign country certificate.
You decide on one country and then start with a view to immigrate there. I can give you the URL for immigration websites of Canada and Australia, here they are:
