You can take admission in B.Ed without entrance exam. There are few government university offer direct admission in B.Ed. You only need to fill application form and admission is done based on online counselling.

Yes absolutely you can do B. Ed after M. Sc. You will get better chance in teaching especially for class 11 and 12.
