Yes, there are provisions in many of the institutions for completing their incomplete B.Ed. It depends on the institution and the incomplete time of the course. Although specific rules regarding credit transfer and time limits for completion may apply; this is often referred to as a "multiple entry and exit" system in higher education institutions. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in India may have regulations regarding re-admission for incomplete B.Ed courses, so you are advised to check their guidelines.

Admissions for the Diploma in Educatin (D.Ed) at St. Theresas Teacher Training Institute  are merit-based. The minimum eligibility criteria to take admission at this institute for this course is 12th pass from a recognized board. The merit is prepared based on the 12th score of applicants and the seat intake of this course. So as there is no entrance exam for this course, there is no information available regarding the cutoff and the institute does'nt release any merit list publically. To take admission to the D.El.Ed. course at St. Bede's College, Shimla, you should have 50% 10+2 marks (45% marks for SC/ST) and age of minimum 17 and maximum 32 years.

The qualifying marks for OBC candidates in the UPTET exam is 55% that is 83 marks is to be obtained out of 150 to qualify

The UPTET eligibility certificate is valid for five years from the date of issue. 

To get the UPTET eligibility certificate, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the UPBEB.
