No, the UPTET application form cannot be filled offline. The application process for exam is completely online, and Uttar Pradesh Basic education Board (UPBEB) does not provided any offline mode to submit the form.

Further, aspirants must also be trained in-service teacher in elementary education. The university also offerd B.Ed in Special Education.
