Hello Neha,
Yes, you can pursue a B.Ed through distance mode without prior teaching experience, but options are limited. IGNOU's B.Ed (ODL) and similar programs usually require at least two years of teaching experience in a recognised school. However, some universities offer B.Ed (Distance) without experience, such as:
- Kalinga University
- Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU)
- Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University
Check eligibility criteria on the respective university websites before applying.
Best wishes for your admission!

Yes, attempting a CTET paper will be really helpful for your future. Although, the exam is not mandatory for admission to private schools, especially in the primary classes. But, many top private schools now mandate the exam or give preference to candidates having valid marks in the exam. Also, the exam is mandatory to get into government schools.

MP TET qualifying candidates can apply for teaching jobs in the schools under the government of Madhya Pradesh. Clearing the MP TET will not automatically place a candidate in a teaching position; however, he can apply to the available teaching posts through the recruitment notifications published by the MP government or the schools. The final shortlist is usually determined by the number of vacancies, performance in the examination, and sometimes additional rounds such as interviews. Keep an eye on the openings and wait for official announcements regarding further steps in the recruitment process.
