Hello Aryan, Yes, you can apply for TNEA. There is a separate admission procedure for other state students.
You may refer www.annauniv.edu and www.tnea.ac.in for more updates and eligibility requirements.

No, you can't apply for TNEA. You can apply for TNEA only, if you are from Tamil Nadu, or you have studied your higher classes from Tamil Nadu.

Hello Divi,
No, counselling us based on marks obtained in entrance exam. But of course from this year onwards there will be no entrance exam. Admissions and counselling will be based on marks obtained in class 12th marks only. Again, different reservations as per rules will be applicable.
