Hello Shraddha,
TNEA is a counselling process for getting admission into Anna University and its affiliated colleges. You need to submit an online application at www.annauniv.edu or www.tnea.ac.in and then enrol for TNEA counselling. There is no entrance exam and so you can get admission based on your board exam marks itself.

The paper is objective type only. The syllabus is of class 11th and 12th only. No negative marking is there.

Yes, your score is pretty good, but in Anna University, class 12th marks is given some preference in ranking, so if your score is pretty good, then you would definitely get your dream branch.

Selection is mainly through single-window counselling system based on your High school (I. e. 12th or junior college according to your state)marks when studying under 10+2 system in India.
