The Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) cutoff for S.A. Engineering College in 2023 varied across branches, with higher cutoffs typically for popular streams like Computer Science and Engineering. For example, previous cutoffs ranged around 130 to 160 out of 200 for different engineering disciplines. The specific cutoffs depend on factors like demand for the branch, number of applicants, and available seats. Prospective students should aim for a score within or above this range to increase admission chances through TNEA counseling.

Yes, you can join S.A. Engineering College for a B.Tech programme without appearing for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) exam under certain conditions. The college offers an option for management quota or direct admissions, which allows students to secure a seat even if they have not gone through the TNEA counseling process.
However, it's important to note that admissions under the management quota usually come with higher fees compared to the regular government quota. Yes, there is. Marks obtained by students in the qualifying examinations conducted by various Boards or authorities will be equated with those from the Tamil Nadu State Board using a normalization method.
For instance, if the highest mark in Physics for a State Board student is 100 and the highest mark for a student from another board is 90, both will be considered equal to 100. If a student from the other board scores 60 marks in Physics, given that the highest mark on that board is 90, their score will be normalized to 66. The normalization formula is (60/90) * 100 = 66.66%.
After normalizing the marks for relevant subjects from differ
