Nope its difficult for you to gain a seat at Anna University Chennai but you have got an great cutoff you could easily get into some great autonomous institutions in Tamil Nadu. I have provided the list of top 50 engineering colleges at TamilNadu. I hope that would be useful for you in description.

If you have not been selected through TNEA you can still try for a seat at Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT) during the TNEA Supplementary Round Provisional Seat Allotment which is expected to release on Nov 23. You can also request your preferred specializations during the time of counselling.
