TNEA 2023 has 440 participating institutions offering around 151870 seats for various engineering courses. You definitely have chances for colleges like Nadar Engineering College.

If you want to go for CSE then Dr. SIVANTHI ADITNARAR University is a good option. I am a second year student of CSE (Cloud Computing). CS branch has always been the most attractive branch of our university because of good placements. This year two students got 25 LPA package from amazon and few others also bagged attractive packages. So if you have decided to take CS no other college is better than this. But keep one thing in mind getting into CS doesn't guarantee success, so at the end all depends on you, college can only give you a platform.

First of all the allotment is based on overall rank. Many are misleading using community rank. The closing rank of all previous year's are all based on overall rank not using Community rank . So the college you get is depending on overall rank.
The required overall rank is around 1400. So you can easily get seat in top tier college like CEG,MIT,PSG,SSN etc. Sightly difficult in CSE,ECE in CEG. Try Self Supporting (SS) seats as well. Hope you'll get admitted in CEG or MIT or PSG.

The First Graduate Certificate is issued by the Tamil Nadu government to those candidates who will receive fee concessions or scholarships. In such candidates' families, they will be the first graduate, and no other person in the family is a graduate. This first graduation Certificate is issued by a Tahsildar-rank government officer. It is mandatory only for those candidates who have selected this option while filling out the TNEA application form. It is not essential to participate in counseling but is required during document verification if you selected the option of a first-time graduate on your application form.

Entering into a college is just a first step not the final step, you can do magical things in an average college if you have the capability and wants a very good future. You can go for off campus placements if you are not satisfied with the in campus placement. Don't worry about the college, it is just a step to bring you towards the success. Be happy where you are, You have given your 100%, so never be shameful. Have a good day.
