No. You can't apply TNEA because to apply TNEA you need to study in Tamil Nadu for 2 to 3 years.

TNEA is no entrance exam. In Tamilnadu admissions to engineering are based on marks obtained in 12th. Then one applies to TNEA which makes a merit list and then seats are allotted. Hello Uma, yes indeed. Admissions into engineering colleges in Tamilnadu are primarily for domiciles of that state. Perhaps you can go through the brochure with a tooth comb, to know procedure for non domicile students to get admission in engineering in Tamilnadu. Best wishes to you.
